Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity of monitored sources and configured automations. There is no fixed schedule; messages are sent when triggered by system events or content updates.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive from mmhomelab. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you opt in again.

- Successful delivery of all messages
- Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- Accuracy or completeness of third-party content (RSS feeds, etc.)
Limitation of Liability
mmhomelab is not responsible for any missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications. This includes but is not limited to:
- Messages delayed or blocked by carriers
- Service outages or technical failures
- Incorrect phone numbers provided by users
- Network congestion or carrier issues
- Delays in source content (RSS feeds, monitored systems, etc.)
Do not rely solely on SMS notifications for time-critical or emergency alerts. Always have backup methods for receiving important information.
User Responsibilities
By opting in, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate phone number that you own or control
- Notify us if your phone number changes
- Not hold mmhomelab liable for any consequences of missed or delayed notifications
